I'm Chris.

I am happily married with two adult children and a gorgeous dog who shows me every day how to live in the moment and find the joy.

I absolutely love to travel. I have a campervan and love van life in the sun.

I have lots of tattoos that all have very special meanings for me.

I love music and can often be found barefoot sitting a round a firepit.


I truly believe that life is a gift and that we shouldn't waste a moment of it being troubled, unhappy or in pain.

My Story

Hi. I'm Chris.

I am passionate about showing you how changing your mind can change you life.


I had terrible anxiety as a child and young adult that still comes back every now and then and experienced a traumatic divorce in my early twenties that impacted every area of my life. 

I know how these experiences lead to comparing yourself to others and the impact that has on confidence and self esteem because I have experienced the stress and overwhelm of living like this.

The difference now is that I know how to manage it so that it no longer controls my life.

 Things changed for me when I discovered Mindfulness and began to take responsibility for my life because I worked out how I could control my thoughts and emotions by working through them, reframing them and finally letting them go so that I could move on.


My life changed so much and so can yours.​​

 I have more than twenty years experience of providing  support through anxiety, difficult relationships, complex emotions, recovering  from trauma, moving on from crime, working through the asylum system and improving wellbeing both at home and at work.

I can help you too.

I knew that I could help people, so I trained as a Trauma Informed Life & Mindset Therapist. I have a background in special needs and holistic therapies and I believe in an holistic approach to wellbeing.


I specialise in helping you breakthrough anxiety, difficult relationships and trauma because I know that dealing with the things that they bring up can free you from the the Pain, Lack of confidence, Depression, Anger, Burnout, Overwhelm, Overthinking, Substance Misuse, Weight Problems and Phobias that they can cause.

As an Holistic therapist, I soon realised that while my clients were enjoying their treatments, it was the opportunity to talk about the things that were bothering them in a safe space, without judgement that they really enjoyed. So I trained as a Life and Mindset Coach.

I then began to understand that it wasn't what was happening to them that was causing the problem, it was how they were thinking about it that was the issue. So I trained as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapist.


It then became clear that some clients had trouble with letting things go and needed an effective tool that could help them to find a release. So I trained as an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner.

When it became clear that some of my clients held deeply rooted beliefs and habits that were buried deep in their subconscious. I trained as a Hypnotherapist.

 That's how my Life and Mindset Therapy was born.

Life and Mindset Therapy is my unique blend of: Trauma Informed Coaching and Counselling Skills – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)  – Clinical Hypnotherapy- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and  Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) so that I can help you to heal at every level.

I am accredited by EMCC at Senior Practitioner level and I am a member of the Complementary Medicine Association (MCMA).
