I knew that I could help people to change their lives, so I trained as a Trauma Informed Life & Mindset Therapist.

Because I know how hard it is to live with anxiety.

I've experienced the pain and frustration of being in difficult relationships and how that knocked my confidence and made me feel bad about myself and because I've worked through my trauma.

 I know how dealing with the things they bring up can release you from the Pain, Lack of confidence, Depression, Anger, Burnout, Overwhelm, Overthinking, Substance Misuse, Weight Problems and Phobias that they can cause. 

It's not easy and I know it's different for all of us, but if I can do it, you can too and it's so worth it.
