Hi. I'm Chris. 

I knew that I could help people to heal, so I trained as a Life & Mindset Therapist.

Because I specialise in helping you through Anxiety, Difficult Relationships and Trauma.

 I know how dealing with the things they bring up can release you from the Pain, Lack of confidence, Depression, Anger, Burnout, Overwhelm, Overthinking, Substance Misuse, Weight Problems and Phobias that they can cause. 

I do that through my unique Life and Mindset Therapy which is my blend of: Coaching and Counselling Skills – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)  – Clinical Hypnotherapy- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and  Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)  so that I can help you to heal at every level because I believe in an holistic approach to wellbeing.

And because I know how hard it is to live with anxiety. I've experienced the pain and frustration of being in difficult relationships and how that knocked my confidence and made me feel bad about myself and because I've worked through my trauma. It's not easy and I know it's different for all of us, but if I can do it, you can too and it's so worth it. Really, it changes your life.

I am accredited by EMCC at Senior Practitioner level and I am a member of the Complementary Medicine Association (MCMA.)

6 Session Life and Mindset Therapy Programme


If you are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, difficult relationships, limiting beliefs, past trauma or painful emotions, imagine how you could feel if you could break free from the things that are causing your pain. 

My unique blend of coaching with CBT to help you to explore the root causes of your challenges combined with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to encourage you to get to know yourself and manage stress, anxiety and pain effectively. EFT to support you to release the emotional blocks that are holding you back and if required, Clinical Hypnotherapy to help rewire your unhelpful subconscious thoughts and behaviours.

The first thing we'll do, is have a call because I like to make sure that we feel comfortable with each other and that I can support you in the way you want. 

We'll use our sessions together to explore your thoughts and feelings, so that you can uncover the roots of your challenges.

Together, we'll work through the events that have caused your trauma, redefine what you believe about yourself and dial down the difficult emotions that are hurting you.


By the end of our time together, you'll know how to manage the feelings that have been controlling your life.

You will have begun your recovery from the difficult or toxic relationships that you have experienced or are living through now.

You will be feeling better about yourself and more confident in what you are capable of.
