Emotions are signposts to the thoughts that aren't working for you. The thoughts that are telling you that you're not good enough, that you should be doing more, that you shouldn't be feeling like this, that someone else is better than you are, cleverer than you are.

The very thoughts that put you under pressure and are causing the stress, anxiety and overwhelm that you're now feeling.

The thing is, you can change your thoughts and I can show you how.

My coaching style is warm and empowering. Mostly it involves us talking together a lot as I support you to identify and change the things that aren't working for you.


I work online, so that you can feel comfortable in your familiar surroundings and I create a safe space for you to explore who you truly are and what you want from your life.

I believe that everyone has the right to be confident, to be respected, to be valued and to be heard and I believe that I can help you achieve this.

Because I’ve been you.

I understand how difficult it can be to find a balance between work and life. I've struggled with the pressure of there never being enough time, the guilt of not being or doing enough for those I love and care about. I know how that leads to comparing yourself to others and the impact that has on confidence and self esteem and I have experienced the stress and overwhelm of living like this.

 Then I discovered Meditation and Mindfulness and began to take responsibility for my life and planning the future that I wanted to create.​ I worked out what I could control and changed my mindset.​ My life changed so much.

I knew that I could help others to change theirs so I trained as a Life & Mindset Coach incorporating Mindfulness and an holistic approach to wellbeing.

Over the last twenty years, I have supported women through anxiety, improving self confidence, stress management, achieving a work - life balance and improving wellbeing both at home and at work.



I am a Life and Mindset Coach, accredited by EMCC at Senior Practitioner level.

My work incorporates: Coaching Models - MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - CBT – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - Mindfulness - Meditation - Archetypes Identification and Breathwork.

I understand that you may be nervous about reaching out, you don't know me.
