Mindful eating.

Each day try to take the time just once to really savour your food whether its a meal or just a snack.

Remove all distractions.

Become aware if how you are sitting and what you are thinking.

Really look at the food, what colour is it? what texture do you think it will have? is there a wrapper ? peel ?shell?

How do you think it will taste?

What does it smell like?

Then take the time to eat slowly, chew properly and notice the flavours and textures of your food.

Put your utensils down in between mouthfuls and allow your body to process your food.

I guarantee that you will feel fuller quicker and for longer and become so much more aware of what you feed your body with.
