Check in with your thoughts.

We have on average 6000 thoughts a day.

They have a massive impact on our idea of who we are, how we should live and our self worth.

They can cause us to be anxious, happy, calm or depressed, so it's really important to keep tabs on the way we are thinking.

Train yourself to check in with your thoughts regularly throughout the day and ask yourself the following questions:

Am I thinking positive thoughts?

Is what I'm thinking true and accurate?

Am I thinking about the past or the future?

Are my thoughts helping me to create the life I want to live?

If the answer to any of these questions is no, stop that thought, take a breath and replace/ rephrase it with one that can improve your life.


From "I'm rubbish at this" to "With more practice, I can do this."

From "Why does this always happen to me?" to "What can I learn from this?"

From " What if this happens?" to "Everything will work out well for me"

Our thoughts are so incredibly powerful, make sure they're working in your favour.
