About the Event
Week 1:Transform me
We will explore how your mindset, core values and outlook impact on your life and how you can begin your journey of transformation.
Week 2:Transform my future
You will build on what you accomplished in Week 1 and begin planning your future by goal setting and problem solving with empowering tips and techniques.
Week 3:Transform my vision
This week you will be diving into the natural laws including the law of attraction, and how they can be utilised to transform your life. You will create your vision board, choose your affirmations and discover how to use visualisation to enhance your life.
Week 4:Transform my life
In our final week, you will learn mindfulness techniques, relaxation skills and wellbeing strategies to enrich your transformed life.
Each week I will be sharing resources to our facebook group and you will have text and email access to me during the course so that I can support you when you need it most.
This group is run on Zoom with up to 10 other women who are excited to transform their lives
